Tristan watched the group she talked about. "Everyone likes to people watch. To watch the world go by." He turned to smile at her.

She smiled at his statement, sometimes it did help the world go by. She looked up to him as she continued to smile for a moment before she spoke. "The one guy down there, with the flowered swim trunks - after a few beers he turns into a really bad rock star. The dude can't hold a note to save his life."

"Its always the ones that can't sing." Tristan chuckled.

Bryn looked back down to the group for a few minutes until a set of pelicans caught her eye. There was just enough light left for her to watch them cross the sky. They had fallen into a comfortable silence for a few minutes - Bryn just listening to the crash of the waves and the occasional hoot or laugh from the people down on the beach.

"Do you do this often? Sit here and watch the sunset?"

"Every chance I get. There is nothing like sitting here watching the world go by." Bryn shifted forward to get her drink. She took a few sips before settling back against the cushions.

"I cannot blame you." Tristan spoke before turning his head to smile over at her.

Bryn returned his smile and leaned into him once again. She hoped that he didn't mind, but what could she say, it was comfy there.

Tristan placed his arm around her, hand resting on her arm. It was a bold movement for him.

Bryn smiled as he rested his arm around her. It was just about perfect - all they needed was some music. Sighing, she slid out from under his hold and stood up. "Be right back, we need some music. Is there anything you want to listen to?"

Tristan was relieved when she did not seem to shy away from his movement. When she stood, he shook his head. "Whatever you like is fine."

Bryn smiled and moved into the living room to hook up her ipod to the speakers. She scrolled through the songs before just hitting the shuffle button.

Stopping briefly in the kitchen to fill a pitcher of tea, Bryn made her way back out to the porch, dancing a bit along the way. She set down the pitcher and inched back around the table and sat back down next to Tristan, resuming her position against him. "Is there anything that you would like to do?"

Tristan could not help but watch her dance over toward him. He was very shy and very much a gentleman, but he liked Bryn. "I like sitting here, with you."

"Me too." Bryn looked up to him and smiled before settling back down. She was alright with sitting her with him on the warm summer night.

Tristan gently placed his arm around her, since she has seemed to be okay with it last time.

She couldn't help but smile - Tristan was the ultimate gentleman. When she felt the weight of his arm on her shoulder, she leaned into him a bit more.

The stars started emerging and she looked really hard for the north star. Usually that was the first one she could find, but not tonight. Maybe she hadn't waited long enough.

"Tristan, how well do you know the constellations?"

Tristan tilted his head up toward the heavens. "I know a few."

"Look, that's Hercules." Bryn pointed to the sky and outlined the constellation before dropping her hand and twining her fingers with Tristan's.

It kind of felt nature...

Tristan squeezed her hand gently. It felt right. It was so easy between them, despite their shyness.

With her free hand, Bryn pointed towards the heavens once again. "Over there is Libra and right there..." She moved her finger to the right just a bit... "There's Virgo. It just amazes me that there is just sooo much out there." She truly was in awe of the universe.

"Its infinite. Beautiful." His gaze shifted from the heavens above to Bryn.

Bryn picked up the momentary silence and looked up to Tristan. Bryn whispered; " Yes, it is beautiful." She smiled as he looked to her.

Tristan was a shy gentleman, especially when it came to women. But here they were sitting beneath the stars looking at one another. He leaned in slightly, gauging her reaction.

Bryn smiled a bit as Tristan leaned towards her - could he be leaning in for a kiss? She felt the butterflies in her stomach take flight at the thought.

She was okay with whatever he had in mind. It had been a magical night and that would be the icing on the cake...

Given she did not move away, Tristan assumed his small lean toward her was okay. So he bridged the gap between them, gently kissing her. Nothing too forward; no, exactly what a first kiss should be.
