Tristan softly chuckled. "If you were there, you would know it was me."

"Well, I know that your eyes don't change - so apart from that, I think it would be fun to try and figure out if it's you or not." She smiled at that thought and the fact that the water had washed up over her feet.

She wondered what it would be like to change into whatever animal came to mind. "Does it hurt?"

(Sorry if she's asked that before, I can't remember if she had.)

"No, not really." Tristan shook his head. "It feels like electricity surging through you. Its very freeing."

Bryn couldn't help but giggle. "The last time I got zapped with electricity, it wasn't very freeing. If I must say, it hurt like the dickens." Out of habit she shook her hand as if she had been shocked again. She grinned up at Tristan and walked a few steps ahead of him and turned around to face him.

She liked walking backwards, plus it helped that she had a full view of him in the moonlight.

"The good kind of electricity. Intoxicating sparks." Tristan smiled as she turned to walk backwards looking at him.

Bryn grinned, she couldn't help it - it seemed that she didn't need any kind of sparks to know that she was intoxicated by Tristan.

The second her heel hit the divot in the sand, Bryn soo tried to correct herself from falling, but yeah she waited to feel the sand hit her butt...

Tristan tried to keep Bryn from hitting the sand, but failed as they both hit the sand. After making sure she was alright, he began laughing at how they ended up.

Bryn felt the damp sand underneath her, she couldn't help but giggle as the two of them ended up in the sand even though Tristan tried his best to stop it from happening. Their positioning was funny to say the least - Bryn's left leg was wrapped around Tristan's right leg and after that is seemed to be a hot mess where the rest of her extremities landed.

"Twister anyone?"

Tristan chuckled at the way they ended up. It was rather entertaining. And not too bad of a way to land.

Trying ever so nonchalantly to wipe the sand off her hand, Bryn reached up and acted like she was trying to brush a 'stray hair' from Tristan's face - even though he didn't have short enough hair for that occurrence.

"Cry Uncle???" She chuckled as she smoothly moved (well at least in her own mind) her hand from his face to rest on his back.

"Not yet." Tristan smiled at Bryn. It really was an interesting turn of events.

Bryn laughed out loud. "Oh really - you just may have a challenge on your hands now buddy..." She stilled herself in hopes of trying to try and figure out what his next move may be.

Bryn could only guess.

Tristan chuckled before deciding to just go for it. He moved slightly to softly place a kiss on her lips.

Bryn was completely caught of guard with the kiss, and that was okay. She fell into it for a moment before her competitive side kicked in.

Holding tight onto Tristan, Bryn rolled over and grinned. "Hmm, definitely not uncle." She planted a kiss on his neck, almost like an award before she pushed herself up and completely off of him - and she started to run.

Yes it was dark, but it was fun. "Keep up if you can."

Tristan was inwardly glad that Bryn accepted his kiss. He did not expect her to roll, kiss his neck, or run away, but he hopped up to run after her with a smile.

Of course, he easily caught up after letting her take the lead for a few moments. Running fast was just in his DNA.

Bryn thought she had a head start... Yeah not so much. Tristan caught with her just a few hundred feet from where they were.

He was fast!. Then it dawned on her - ten to one if he was able to shift, speed was in his make-up. Bryn turned around to face him when he caught up to her. Placing her hands on her hips, she tilted her head and tried not to giggle as she spoke. "Hey, no fair... I'm just a mere human with mere human speed..." She batted her eyelashes playfully before a fit of giggles over took her.

Tristan just smiled. He knew he had an advantage, hence why he let her stay in the lead for before catching up.

"Sly my friend, sly." In a moment of, um, cheekiness Bryn stepped toe to toe - nose to nose with Tristan and grinned.

Then she pinched his backside before she could change her mind. And with that, she took off towards her apartment.

Tristan smiled at her bold move then ran after her. He stayed behind for awhile, enjoying the chase.

Bryn stopped dead in her tracks and threw her arms up in the air. "Now I'm crying uncle!! You give me way to much advantage, Tristan."

Even though he was several hundred yards behind her, she was sure that he heard her. Bryn shrugged and mounted the steps to her second floor apartment. She hoped that Tristan would be behind her before the door had a chance to latch closed.

Tristan did catch up with her before the door closed. "Sorry..." He had a sheepish look on his face. He had an unfair advantage. It didn't seem fair to beat her at racing every time, nor did it seem fair to let her win every time.

Bryn cocked her head and smiled when he apologized. She reached out and lightly touched his face. "It's okay... I'm just kinda competitive that's all."

She dug the key out of her pocket as she walked up to the door and unlocked it. "So you sick of me yet?" Bryn was joking and her smile backed it up.

Tristan nodded at her explanation then smiled at her question. He shook his head from side to side slowly. "Nope."

"Wow, really?" Bryn couldn't hide her surprise.

"I've usually pissed off any potential suitors by now..." She giggled as she looked to him. "Wait... could you be a potential suitor?"

Bryn knew it was waaaay to early in their, um,relationship to even define it. She had fun with Tristan.

"Isn't that what I'm doing? Courting you." Tristan smiled soft as he spoke. 'Courting' seemed to go with 'suitor'.
