Doing nothing sometimes is good. Especially when it's a nice day, and a hammock is handy. Blaze stopped long enough at a bush that had purple flowers on it and picked one. Maybe we could go play pool sometime? It'd be fun. Blaze handed the flower to Lyna.

Lyna smiled. "Doing nothing in a hammock sounds nice." She took the purple flower, smiling at him, managing to not blush. "Sounds like fun. You'll have to teach me."

Really it's not to hard. Just banging a few balls around on the table, and if you're lucky, you manage to get said balls in the pockets. He laughed at himself - he didn't play well either.

Blaze looked up and was amazed at the space they had covered already. Time seemed to be flying by, and he didn't mind at all. So do you have any family out here? He wasn't sure where Lyna was from, he hoped that he didn't sound like an idiot.

"I'm sure I might be able to eventually get it. I've seen usually clumsy people play decently, so maybe I can manage."

Lyna hesitated for a moment. She usually was not for opening up, but something told her she could trust Blaze. "Yes, I grew up around here. My parents don't live in LA, but pretty close."

Blaze noticed her hesitation, so he tried to figure out another line of questions. He didn't want her to be uneasy. My mom still lives back east, I have to say I really like it out here.

They came up on some swings and grinned. Wanna swing? He would push her if she would let him.

Lyna looked down for a moment then back towards Blaze. "Its not you. I'm just not used to being... open, I guess."

She nodded with a smile at his suggestion. "Yes."

I don't want to make you uncomfortable, Lyna. You can tell me whatever you want. Be it all or nothing - I'm okay with it. Once she was seated, Blaze gave her a little push, moving back with each swing she took - he didn't want to get toppled over. Every other time she came towards him, he gave her a little bit more of a push.

The simple act of pushing her on the swing made him smile completely.

"It doesn't make me uncomfortable. I'm just not used to it." Lyna smiled small at him then sat down on the swing. It was fun. It had been too long since she had done this last. She couldn't help but laugh. "This is fun."

Blaze laughed as Lyna did. This is fun, I'm glad you you're having fun too. He stepped back and gave her a good push then moved out of the way when she came swinging back towards him. Maybe we can hit the merry-go-round next. He was teasing a bit.

He looked around the little playground and saw some teeter-totters. That could be fun... Blaze would let her enjoy the swings a bit more before suggesting the see-saws. Stepping back behind her, he gave her a few more pushes. It looks like the merry-go-round wouldn't go around with me on it. He laughed at the thought.

I don't think my butt would fit in between the wrungs of the merry-go-round. It was made for little people after all. But... Blaze paused a moment; there are see-saws. I promise not to bounce you off. He didn't give Lyna another push, since he wasn't sure if she wanted to continue to swing or not.

"Okay. Let's do that." Lyna was having too much fun not to say yes to his suggestion. She let her feet slide across the ground on her swing back, trying to slow herself down a bit.

Blaze reached out and grabbed the chains to help slow her down. He waited for her to hop off the swing and they walked over to the see-saws. He held his end up so she could get on.

Lyna was glad he helped slow her down. When the swing slowed enough, she hopped off. Then she walked with him to the see-saw. While he held one end up, she sat down on the other.

He pushed down his side of the see-saw so he could get on. He lowered himself down to the ground with a little 'thump'. Sorry, I forgot how hard these things were. He pushed himself up to get the see-saw motion going. He made sure not to hit the ground again. He felt like an idiot, but he couldn't help but smile.

Lyna could not help but smile. She felt a bit silly, but did not care. This was fun. It took a while to get the hang of though. Being a guy, he was obviously heavier than her, which she thought would pose a problem. But he seemed aware of the fact, so it was easy for her.

Blaze kept the motion going for a bit - realizing it was a workout even for his legs - he was still trying not to hit the ground to bump Lyna. This is an interesting way to break up the monotony of the day. Thank you. Smilling, he stopped the see-saw so it was level with the ground, then pushed up so she down.

Why, Lyna, are you coming out of your shell a little? Blaze smiled to her, teasing just a bit. Okay, so you get to pick the next playground apparatus, if you like. He leveled out the see-saw just in case she wanted to get off.

"Maybe. You make it easy to." Lyna admitted the statement. Then she moved off the see-saw, managing not to blush. "I'm not sure they make anything else we could play on."

Blaze dismounted the see saw then looked around at the rest of the playground. Yeah, I guess you're right. You want to start heading back towards the bridge? His car was in that general direction and he really wasn't in a hurry to get there.

He fell in step next to her, Blaze thought for a moment. Yeah, I'm happy about the get together, it would be nice if everyone showed up. I'm just hoping that Sage is ready for it. But knowing his sister, she would be ready for it no matter what.

What about you? You gonna enjoy yourself, right? He glanced to her and smiled.
