"That is good. I am glad." Tristan smiled over at her.

Bryn dropped her feet to the ground and rested her hands in her lap. She wasn't sure if something was wrong or not. "Is everything okay, Tristan?"

"Yes." Tristan looked a little shy. "I have been told I'm not very talkative."

Bryn stood up slowly and held out her hand; "Would you like to take a walk with me?" She figured that just spending time together - even if they didn't say much - would be nice.

"Yes, I would." Tristan smiled up at her then took her hand. "Which path would you like to take?"

"How about the one by the pond?" She gave his hand a gentle squeeze as she smiled to him.

"Sounds good." Tristan smiled over at her as they began walking together. "We should spend more time together."

Bryn couldn't hide the blush on her cheeks, he just kinda had a way of making her do that. She had to swallow a couple of times to get the lump out of her throat before she could speak. "I would really like that."

Bryn leaned in just a hair closer to Tristan as the strolled down the curving path.

Tristan knew he caused her blush; however, it was an interesting occurrence to him. He did not think of himself as someone who made woman blush.

"Me too."

Bryn tucked a piece of hair behind her ear as she smiled. She didn't know what it was about Tristan that made her blush, but she was okay with it. Watching some of the ducks swim around the pond, Bryn stopped suddenly and dug in her pocket for some change.

"Want to help me feed the ducks?" She looked up and into Tristan's strikingly beautiful blue eyes as she held the quarters in her hand.

"I would love too." Tristan smiled down at her, waiting for her to move first.

Walking over to the 'gum' dispensers, Bryn put the money in and turned the handles, catching the seed as it came out.

"A handful for you..." She smiled to Tristan as she held it out for him. She would repeat the motion once again to get herself a handful.

She moved over to the pond and crouched near the edge, giggling when the ducks seem to come out of nowhere to get fed.

Tristan smiled at her, taking the handful of seed from her. When she got her own, he walked over with her, waiting her to feed them first.

Throwing a small handful of feed into the water seemed more than Bryn could handle. The arcing motion made her fall head first into the water, scattering the ducks away just long enough for Bryn to break the surface before and look to Tristan apologetically.

"Some days I'm such a klutz." As quick as she could, Bryn pulled herself to the edge of the water.

As soon as Bryn fell in, Tristan moved to the water's edge. When she surfaced, he helped pull her from the water. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm good - just a bit wet..." Giggling she wrapped her arms around her legs and shook her head. "Sorry about that.."

"You don't need to apologize." Tristan shook his head. "Would you like to go home? Get some dry clothes?" He would have offered a jacket, if he had been wearing one.

Giggling, Bryn suddenly realized that may have been considered a 'move' - that wasn't the case at all - she was just clumsy sometimes.

"Could we head back to my place? If you don't want to go with me - I sooo understand." Bryn pulled her hair back into a ponytail only to try and squeeze the excess water out of it.

"Of course I'll come with you." Tristan smiled small.

"Thank you." Bryn blushed a deeper red, the embarrassment was evident. "I hope you don't mind walking - it's not that far..." If he didn't want to walk they could always catch the bus although her place wasn't but about a half mile from the park.

"I love to walk." Tristan smiled down at her, reassuring her.

The breeze normally didn't bother her, but she got goosebumps when it blew across her skin. "So once we get back to my place - and I get changed - what are you up for?" Bryn smiled at him as she pulled her hair off to one side, it made it a bit more manageable.

Tristan noticed the goosebumps and again wished he had a jacket to offer her. "I'm not picky. We can do whatever you would like."

"Okay, we'll figure something out." Byrn rubbed her arms trying to warm them up a bit. She blushed as she thought about what a klutz she was. "I can't believe I found the one slick spot around the entire pond."

They paused briefly waiting for the traffic to slow so they could cross the street.

Tristan took a chance and wrapped an arm around her. At the very least, it might help her keep warm.
