History:
Leta was born into a royal family which to this day she does not claim. This family ruled over an underground society for those of the Vult vampire clan.
As the female heir to the throne it was declared that Leta was to be wed to her childhood friend Mika, though Leta was mute about it. She knew the customs of her people and while unfair and highly out dated she followed them
Since she was the only female besides her mother Leta, was considered 'weak' which only pushed Leta to work harder at mastering her vampire abilities. As a part of the royal family, she was allowed unlimited time above ground and Leta used it to train. She'd fight the vampires running loose in cities and even a few shifters which crossed her path.
One group in particular, three Lycans and a little one were spotted feeding on the remains of a human. Enraged Leta attacked the group, and slaughtered them without thought.Little did she know, one escaped and returned to him tribe. That night the clans greatest enemy the Lycans followed Leta to her kingdom revenge on their mind.
That night, while everyone slept Leta prepared for another night of training. As she slipped from the safety of her home, Leta caught the scent of prey. All her senses went of edge as she scoped out her town from a top the castle.
What she saw horrified her. Homes were ablaze, screams rang out through the dark corridors in particular HER name was on the lips of the enemy. The alarm bells chimed, while the royal warriors protected the castle. Leta felt disgusted with her family, protecting themselves and thinking nothing of those dying around them, so she went out to defend the once peaceful home of hers. Mika filled with love for his soon to be wife followed in suit to protect what is his.
Lycans as big as cars roamed and destroyed everything in sight. While Mika and Leta fought diligently side by side there were just too many Lycans. Mika was caught off guard as a Lycan attacked from behind. At his injured cry Leta attempted to reach him. That was until she was attack from above as a huge Lycan landed a top her. With his brute weight the wind was knocked out of Leta as she struggled to breathe. Suddenly a breath could be felt on her ear as a bone chilling whisper stunned Leta to the core.
" You killed those I love, you shall watch as I do the same. "
Involuntary tears began to spill as she was let up only to observe as the lycan holding Mika ran a claw across his throat. With an anguished cry Leta tried to fight the beast containing her but she just wasn't strong enough. Her cried filled the emptying corridor.
" Now I shall get my revenge. " The lycan holding her spoke, his voice just as angry as Leta felt.

Hot breath warmed her cold arm as Leta remained still. Yet another scream was wrenched from her body as his sunk his large canine teeth into the muscle of Leta's upper left arm. Soon after a burning sensation spread throughout her body, melting Leta. The inferno continued till it consumed all of her.
When she woke, Leta was surrounded my the corpses of those she was suppose to protect. Her body felt pained as if she was in great need to stretch. Her joints felt out of place and her mind and soul were numb. Leta ran with vampire speed to her home, searching for her family. She stopped dead in her tracks when she discovered they also were dead.

With her heart filled with pain Leta fled her home. She sought to get her revenge.

To this day Leta hardly stays in one place for an extended time. Afraid those close to her will meet the same fate.
